To all my Visitors~~

I give you the warmest welcome and hope that I can give you whatever help you are searching for. In trying to make my site as user friendly as possible I am continuing to make changes, including the front door I am sure you have notice by now, that I hope will make finding the answers to your questions as easy as I can. To all of my constant supporters, I have added a page or two, but everything else is where you are used to finding it. I want to thank you all profusely for your trust in me and my abilities and for not blaming me when I cannot help. You are a comfort and a joy in my life that I never expected.

To New Visitors~~ Just a few notes before sending you forward:

~~ If your dog is sick, injured or in labor please call any hour. I cannot promise a quick return via email. Should you reach my machine, leave a message and/or try my cell listed on my voice mail. I will be heart broken if I read an email for help and am too late. If the injury is minor or you want my opinion, I try to check my email several times a day.
~~ My email is found at the bottom of every page; click on the words "The Georgia Shih Tzu" to email me. If you use web-based email my address is sheralyn@gashihtzu.com.
~~ I am not, and have not worked for a vet nor taken classes towards a degree. I use 7 yrs breeding experience and my childhood on a farm to help anyone who asks. I can, usually, help via phone, but for situations beyond my expertise I will encourage you to visit a vet.
~~ Please email or call should you not find the help you seek on my site, have questions or comments concerning something I have said or have something to add. If you have something to say please say it; I have several pages that ask for ideas, recommendations and pictures. I love to hear from you.
~~ Throughout my site are words highlighted in blue which link to my site dictionary of breed terms. If you hear or see a term that is not in my dictionary please email me and I will be happy to add it. Who knows, you might even stump me; I am far from perfect.

My goal is to educate not tell you what to do. If this information had been available to me when I started breeding, I would have a clearer conscience now. I teach in the hopes of righting whatever wrongs I commited and whatever harm I may have inflicted in the past out of ignorance as well as trying to keep others from suffering the same fate. I beg that you do not think ill of me for trying.
